Can I still place an order?

In accordance with current Italian Government restrictions, deliveries worldwide from Italy are temporarily suspended and will be restored starting April 3rd.
Meanwhile, lisacorti.com will continue to accept orders and they will be processed from April 3rd. Customers placing orders by then will be updated on the actual delivery time.

How can I place an order?

You can place it directly on our website.
Alternatively you can place your order over the phone with the help of our Customer Service team, calling at +39 351 7126005, from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm (CET).

What happens if I placed an order by Monday 23rd March included?

All orders that have been placed on our website until Monday 23rd March at 11:59pm (CET) will be processed this week, with usual delivery times.

What is the delivery fee ?

Orders shipped to Italy : Free Shipping is currently available for any order, until April 15th.
Orders shipped to the rest of the world : Free Shipping is currently available for all orders of 150€ or above, until April 15th. For orders below 150€, delivery fees vary from country to country.

How do I return my order ?

Online returns will be extended to 45 working days, instead of the usual 14 working days. Since our warehouse is closed, we kindly ask you to wait until it is reopened to fulfill your return and for us to process your refund. If you have already started the process, please contact us for further information.

What is the delivery time for my order ?

Orders placed by Monday 23rd March 11:59pm (CET) will be shipped normally. Orders placed from Tuesday 24th March will be delivered in 2-3 business days starting after April 3rd, although this will be subject to the lifting of the current restrictions. Customers who placed their orders then will be updated. Thank you for your understanding.
