We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 30 days. Please note that we do not offer exchanges but only refunds, and only for products with their original labels and packaging, in perfect condition. Returns will be subject to a €‌5.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

1. Send an email to with the relevant product code(s) to request the return (the product codes are written in the confirmation order email that you have received), and we will send you a confirmation email;

2. Inside the box you will find a DHL return label to stick on the box;

3. Go to MY DHL ( https://Mydhl.Express.Dhl/it/ it/locator.Html#/find- locations );

4. Enter your zip code and find your closest Access Point where to bring the parcel, or call DHL to book a collection (Important: Please note that if you are not at home when the courier comes, you would have to reschedule the collection);

5. Please fill the return form included it in your order and enclose with the parcel;

6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 30 business days from the date of shipping of your return.

7. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
